Overall Advantages
- Automatic Recovery from Temporary Stop: In case of abnormal air flow, wire exhaustion or temporary suspension during welding, after troubleshooting, you can directly call the "Resume Last Welding" command, and the robot will automatically return to the pause position from any point to continue welding.
- Collision Protection Function: The robot welding torch will automatically retract when colliding with external objects, protecting the torch and the robot body.
- Expert Welding Database: By setting necessary welding conditions in the program, the system can automatically complete weld bead arrangement and adjust corresponding welding parameters.
- Teach Programming: On-site programming is realized via the teach pendant equipped with the robot.
- Automatic Fault Diagnosis: The welding machine and robot can judge various emergencies, attempt automatic repair, and provide relevant fault information via fault codes for faults that cannot be automatically repaired.
- Welding Torch Oscillation: Supports linear and pendulum oscillation during welding, ensuring beautiful weld beads in filling and capping passes.
