Usage Precautions
Installation: The machine should be in good performance and free of vibration, and the relevant components should meet the requirements. When installing, check whether the saw blade has cracks, ensure that it is firmly installed, and make sure that the cutting direction of the saw blade is consistent with the rotation direction of the saw table.
Cutting Operation: Let the saw blade pre-rotate for 1 minute before cutting. During the cutting process, reversing is prohibited, and the saw blade should not be stopped halfway through the cutting object to prevent damage to the saw blade.
Maintenance: When the saw blade becomes dull, grind it in a timely manner with an appropriate diamond grinding wheel and use coolant. Clean the saw blade after cutting, apply anti-rust oil, and hang it vertically in a dry place.
