AL-FSW-360M Friction Stir Welding Machine adopts CNC control to achieve 2D planar curve welding. It is widely applied to welding aluminum alloy formwork, CPU/LED heat sinks, water cooling plates, EV charger heat sinks and fins, covering aerospace, shipbuilding, rail transit, new energy vehicles and electronics industries. The machine features stable rigid structure, powerful system, high precision, reliable performance and long service life. Overall Advantages

 

  1. The machine bed, worktable, integrated column, slide carriage and spindle head are all crafted from premium HT300/HT250 cast iron. All components undergo secondary annealing and vibration stress relief after semi-finishing to ensure outstanding structural stability.
  2. Adopting a gantry-type structure with integrated bed, worktable, column, slide carriage and spindle head. The three axes are fitted with high-precision ball screws and linear guide rails for smooth and accurate movement.
  3. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which provides timed and full-circuit lubrication to extend service life and reduce maintenance.
  4. Internal concealed cable routing minimizes external wiring, keeping the machine layout neat, tidy and aesthetic.
