Aluminum Formwork Hydraulic Punching Machine Working principle：

Taking the hydraulic system as the power source, the hydraulic oil is pumped out from the oil tank through the hydraulic pump and then sent to the hydraulic cylinder after being pressurized.

The piston in the hydraulic cylinder generates linear motion under the action of high-pressure oil, driving the punch connected to the piston to move downward. A huge pressure is applied to the aluminum formwork material below the punch, so that the punch punches out holes of predetermined shapes and sizes on the aluminum formwork.

After the punching is completed, the hydraulic system changes the flow direction of the hydraulic oil through components such as the reversing valve, so that the piston drives the punch to return upward and completes a punching cycle.
